YESPIRATION

"YESPIRATION" is a short documentary exploring the dedication, discipline, meditative state, internal voices, and joy of being a long-distance runner.
The filmmaker is a three-time Boston Marathon qualifier who has completed the World’s Six Major Marathons and is on her way to becoming a Seven Continents marathon finisher. In addition, she has also participated in several ultramarathons.
